We recently visited Whistler as a family for my husbands Canada West Ski areas association conference. During the day my son Elijah and I toured all over Whistler. The first day we took the public bus to Bounce Whistler. An indoor trampoline park! It was awesome & we made some new friends with Whistler locals. The next three days I spent running after my son on his runner bike. We checked out the bike park, skate park, Whistlers awesome Olympic village Park, and the parks at the lost lake trails too.
After action packed days with Elijah I was ready for some adult time. I have to admit leaving my precious baby isn’t easy, but I knew that the owner Rebecca of Babysitting Whistler takes the same care and time to hand pick and train her nannies. We love Babysitting Whistlers service.
Our sitter was Cara, an Australian gal who bonded very quickly with our 2 year old. The first night Elijah was upset when we left, but we received a text from Cara only about 10 minutes later that he didn’t cry long and was happy now and playing at the park. The first thing Elijah said the next morning is Cara was fun and he loved the bumpy slide at the park! Our next two nights out he was practically pushing us out the door. I was thrilled, and felt relaxed. I told Cara if she ever wanted to move to Jasper she would have a job with My Jasper Nanny! (sorry Rebecca!)
